The core product

Airtime

One shoot day. Thirty pieces. Seven days, published.

How it runs — the reverse brief

Most content is made forwards. Ours is made backwards.

Idea, shoot, edit, post, hope — that is the normal order, and it asks the commercial question last, when nothing can be done about it. We start at the transaction and work back to the shot list.

01

The sale

What is the actual transaction — the enquiry, the walk-through, the application, the settlement? Not “awareness”. The thing that pays.

02

The belief

What does someone have to believe before that happens? Usually one or two things, and usually not what the brand thinks.

03

The proof

What would genuinely make them believe it? A person, a number, a place, a before and after. Most content asserts instead of proving.

04

The shot list

Only now does anything get scheduled. Every piece exists to carry one belief. If it carries none, it does not get shot.

05

The report

We measure whether the belief moved, not whether the video was popular. Hold rate, saves, enquiries. Views are context, not the result.

Feed speed, published

Nobody else publishes this.

We looked. Across thirty-one content and social agencies, one publishes an hour count against a price. In social specifically, none do. Feed speed is not a mood — it is the turnaround every Airtime client gets, written down so you can hold us to it.
